Opposition to Planned Parenthood Coming to Bozeman

The news that Planned Parenthood is opening in Bozeman has sparked strong reactions, including significant concern. As members of the pro-life community, we must make our opposition to the presence of this abortion provider in our community known. Pro-life supporters have already begun to take action. This letter to the editor in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle is just one example:

Likewise, if you build a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic close to the MSU campus in Bozeman, students will come. It’s an open invitation. If you engage in “recreational sex” and get pregnant, no problem. Just down the road is Planned Parenthood to take care of your problem; safe, legal, but not so rare. Planned Parenthood committed more than 6.7 million abortions and received almost $10 BILLION in taxpayer dollars since 2000. Surely, Martha Fuller, president and CEO of Planned Parenthood of Montana can verify this. She just announced Bozeman’s coming facility.

If ever there was a massive deception and misnomer perpetrated upon the American people, it is “reproductive health care.” If you never heard the term you would think it meant health care during pregnancy. For every single adoption referral in 2023, Planned Parenthood committed over 228 abortions. Why so much extinction of life dwarfing real parenthood planning?

Also just down the road from the MSU campus is an alternative to abortion, ZoeCare. It offers real, humane healthcare during pregnancy. It helps to minimize the immediate and long-term problems Planned Parenthood has been infamous for facilitating for decades.

Millions of American children have been sex-educated. Yet, millions of young people have resorted to Planned Parenthood abortion to solve their crises. Bridgercare, Bozeman’s long-time off-campus sex education provider partners with Planned Parenthood; they cannot perform abortions.

Are American students stupid? Have they not learned anything after years of sex education? Or is required sex education a manipulation, a deception, a lie? In fact, is it not a roadblock to a happier, healthier, more responsible way of life?
